Delete your data
SnoreFox
SnoreFox has no accounts, and your data is stored only on your phone. We don't hold a copy, so you delete it on the device.
Delete everything in the app
- Open SnoreFox and wake Ember if it's listening.
- Go to More.
- Tap Delete everything and confirm.
This permanently deletes all nights, clips, recordings, notes and detection feedback. Your Forever Den purchase is kept, because it belongs to your Google Play account.
Or uninstall the app
Uninstalling SnoreFox deletes all of its data from your phone.
Health Connect
If you turned on Health Connect sync, sleep sessions already written there stay in Health Connect. You can delete them in the Health Connect settings on your phone.
Emails and order records
To delete emails you've sent us, email privacy@homemadeappcompany.com from the same address with the subject "Delete my data". We'll delete them within one month and confirm when it's done.
We have to keep order records from Google Play for as long as tax law requires. They contain an order number, date, product, price and country, not your name or card details.
